The One Pass VIP entry cards and Vegas Passport Club Hopping packages are not honored during these holidays.  We do offer VIP hosted entry/ Table Bottle service options during these holidays.  New Yer's Eve at Las Vegas Nightclubs require special tickets, we offer Las Vegas New Year’s Eve Tickets as well.

How long are Passport passes valid?

Vegas Passport VIP passes are good for the year they are issued. Passes purchased are good for all of that year excluding blackout dates. That means that if you don't have the time to use all your passes on this trip, you can give them to friends, or hang on to the remaining ones and bring them with you the next time you visit Las Vegas. They will still be valid through the issuing year!  

How much are the normal cover fees at the Nightclubs if I go directly to the club?

Generally the Cover Fees are anywhere from $20 - $40 each club per person and you wait in the long General Admission Line.  With the Vegas Passport VIP Nightclub Packages if you go to 4 Nightclubs the Package pays for itself and you didn’t waste valuable party time in a general admission line.

Are your passes the same as the free ones handed out on the strip?  

No. Those passes are marketing gimmicks to get people in front of the club to make it look busy.  The Nightclubs still charge cover for those passes and you are subject to wait in a longer line. Vegas Passport VIP passes actually work. We have contracts with the Nightclubs to ensure our passes are accepted, we have a wallet that is required to show door staff as a proof of purchase that comes with your package.

Are the packages of 10-25 club passes good for just one night or can I use it for the whole weekend that I'm here?

If you can hit over 30 clubs in one night then we want some of what you're having!!! Each pass listed is good for one time use when you choose to use it.  You have a year to use all the passes, so break it up however your want. Club hop as little or as much as you want, but rest assured this package will last you the entire time you're here to party in Las Vegas whether your trip is 2 days or 2 weeks!

Some Websites claim Vegas Passport Packages and VIP passes do not work.

Are there restrictions on the passes?  

No.  We do not have time restrictions on Vegas Passport passes.  We recommend you get to Ghostbar early on Fri. & Sat. nights due to the maximum capacity being 330 people is usually reached by 9 or 10 pm on the weekends. It is against Fire Code to let anyone in if at maximum capacity.

What is the difference between the Ultimate Nightclub Hopping Package, the Bachelor and Bachelorette packages and VIP Hosting?  

The Ultimate Nightclub Hopping Package is the best savings for your Vegas Nightclub VIP experience. It includes VIP access & cover fees to all 20+ Nightclubs. It also includes drink & restaurant discounts & retail discounts. The Bachelor and Bachelorette packages are about 15+ Nightclubs. Bachelor packages are for guys and Bachelorette packages are for ladies ONLY. VIP Hosted Entry is when the customer meets the customer outside of the Nightclub and you get personally escorted into the club.

Can you go to the same club more than once with Vegas Passport?

No... Each Vegas Passport VIP Nightclub pass is good for one time use VIP No/Line - No/Cover admission. Most of the time, the club will stamp your hand so that you can go in and out that same night, but you will not be able to go back to that same club the next night without the purchase of another Vegas Passport VIP pass. Don't fret…with so many hot clubs to see in Vegas, Variety can be affordable.

What are the Dress Codes to get into the Las Vegas Nightclubs?

Let's face it you're in Vegas, ready to party so look the part!  Upscale Dress Codes are strictly enforced by all of the Nightclubs.   No sneakers, tennis shoes, sandals or flip flops.  No shorts, no tank tops or ripped shirts, no ripped or holey jeans, hats or jerseys, no athletic wear. Guys must be in dress shoes, collar button shirt and/or blazer suit style jacket.

Are we still VIP once we get into the club?

Vegas Passport VIP refers to your admission / cover-charge and you will either be whisked immediately into the club or moved to a VERY QUICKLY moving VIP line and will NOT have to wait in the 1 to 4 hour General Admission line which is the typical wait in Las Vegas. (However, if you want to purchase a table with bottle service: VIP TABLE - Prices range for table and there is a minimum of bottles needed to purchase)

Will we still have to wait in a VIP line?

Depending on the club and the night of the week, most clubs do have a VIP line. However, 5-10 minutes of waiting in a VIP line sure beats the 45 min.-4 hr. wait the regular folks will have to endure in General Admission. Keep in mind the earlier you go the less it's likely that you will have to wait at all. ADDITIONAL NOTE: Get to clubs early. When they reach capacity, as many popular clubs do very quickly, NO ONE will gain entry. It becomes a "one person out… one person in" situation… Make sure to get to Ghostbar before 9:00 pm on Friday and Saturday as they reach maximum capacity early on weekends.

Can my friends use some of the passes or will they all have my name on it?

Absolutely! Vegas Passport VIP passes are 100% transferable. Your name will not be on the passes so feel free to surprise your friends with some VIP passes for their next trip to Vegas. They will love you for it. REMEMBER: You get 1 - VIP/Line - No/Cover credential for each of our featured Vegas-Passport featured nightclub venue partners.  In order for the passes to be valid make sure you transfer the Vegas Passport wallet with the passes.  Most of the clubs require you to show this wallet as a proof of purchase.

What do I do when I get to the club, who do I present my pass to?

Simply walk up to any doorman (usually in a suit and tie at the ropes), present your pass to him, and he will take care of you VIP style. It's as simple as that. NOTE: Tips are ALWAYS appreciated. The nightclub door staff do rely on tips. It can ensure a great experience and keep positive relationships going allowing you to keep flawlessly using the Vegas Passport passes.

Do they take the pass from me at the door or do I get to keep it?

Yes.  They will take the pass from you upon entrance into the club and stamp your hand for the same night re-entrance.

If I'm only going to be in Vegas for one or two nights, is it really worth it for me to buy the Ultimate Nightclub Hopping Package?

It may not be the best package for you.  We have the One Pass program that allows you VIP admission to any single Nightclub. These are honored like the Nightclub Hopping Packages, but you buy VIP admission to one club instead of the whole package of 25 clubs.  Price it out, you will find the One Pass or VIP hosted entries are more pricey than the Club Hopping Packages where you get more for your money.  Remember, if you frequent Las Vegas ' club scene you can use the remaining passes on a later date during that year.

Do these passes really work? What happens if I go to the doorman and he doesn't accept my pass? What do I do then?

Yes, Vegas Passport passes really work with the exception of the blackout dates.  The Nightclub Door Staff will not let you in if you or someone in your party is excessively intoxicated, or if someone is not in dress code.  The Nightclub may have a special event. We let you know of any Special Events when you redeem your package.  Vegas Passport VIP nightclub passes which have both the club logo and our Vegas Passport logo. However: this is Vegas and everyone has a bad day… Sometimes the staff gets overwhelmed, you can imagine. See if you can get their name so we can contact the on duty manager. Call our 24/7 hotline @ (877) 225-8284 and press extension: 911. Someone will either resolve this immediately or will get back to you shortly. IMPORTANT: If you are there on a crazy night at Midnight and later and the club has reached capacity, you are not in dress-code, you don't have a valid ID, are extremely intoxicated, or rude… Hey management has ALL RIGHTS to deny entry to anyone. BEST BET… Get there early and when in doubt, TIP!

Is the Vegas Passport package good for me and a guest, or is it good for one person?

One package is valid for one person.  So your sweetheart, friend, fling etc… will have to get their very own, unless they want to wait in the General Admission line and pay additional cover fees.

Do I have to be at the club at a specific time or can I show up whenever I want?

With almost all of the clubs in our package, there are no time restrictions. However, as some clubs are so popular that they may have a two hour wait at opening or they are a smaller venue and reach maximum capacity quickly. Please refer to the Club Disclosure card in your package for those details or read the back of each pass for that specific information.   

What is Vegas Passport’s REFUND Policy?

1.Package(s) must be 100% complete for a refund and returned within 30 days of redemption.
2.Mail complete package to: Vegas Passport 3070 W. Post Rd. Las Vegas NV 89118. Include Name, address, phone number and copy of receipt/voucher with confirmation number.
3.If package is not 100% complete it will be mailed back to the customer.
4.Some resellers reserve the right to no refunds. Expedia, Northwest, Continental etc…
5.All returns are subject to 20% re-stocking fee.
6.There are no cancellations or refunds on VIP Hosted Entry, Table and One Pass sales.
7.Limo bookings: Client will be responsible and forfeit full fare if cancellation without written notice to Vegas Passport occurs within (7) business days of scheduled start date.
8.“Vegas Passport is not responsible for lost or stolen passes and/or packages”.

How does the FREE LIMO pick up to the Adult clubs work?

Inside your package we have the phone number to book the Limo Pick up.  We suggest you call early to confirm your reservation.  If you arrive by cab or other limo company you are subject to pay cover fees.  You must arrive by your own transportation or by the assigned adult club limo to receive free VIP admission.
